I got into real estate because I wanted the growth, freedom, and independence that come with it. I stayed because I enjoy helping people, solving problems, and finding a way through situations that are rarely simple.
Iโ€™m the Operations Director and a licensed real estate broker with Jeremy Navarro Realty Group. By nature, I pay close attention to details. I stay on top of timelines, communication, scheduling, and coordination so things move forward the way they should. Iโ€™m friendly and professional, but Iโ€™m also straightforward. I like to stay positive, and Iโ€™ll always be honest about whatโ€™s happening and what it will take to get the job done.
I work with both buyers and sellers, but I tend to bring the most value on the seller side, especially when the situation has extra layers. Probate, divorce, tenant issues, foreclosure, and short sale situations require more than basic paperwork and a sign in the yard. They require strategy, follow-through, and someone who can keep everything moving when there are a lot of moving parts.
My strongest fit is residential real estate in Albuquerque and the surrounding close-in markets. Thatโ€™s where Iโ€™m most fluent and where I do my best work. Before real estate, I worked as a job trainer at a call center. That experience taught me how to listen carefully, ask the right questions, understand what people actually need, and communicate clearly under pressure. That still shapes how I work with clients today.
To me, negotiation is one of the biggest reasons to hire a good agent. When a buyer and seller are not on the same page, you need someone who understands the psychology of the conversation, knows the options inside the transaction, and can move toward a solution without giving up leverage. Thatโ€™s a big part of the value I bring. I negotiate hard, stay calm under pressure, and build a real strategy instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
