With more than 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, Cass Barlow brings an exceptional level of knowledge, organization, and dedication to the Jeremy Navarro Realty Group.
Cass began her real estate career in 1989, working with a residential real estate developer and in property management. She became a licensed New Mexico Real Estate Broker in 1993 and has served as a New Mexico Qualifying Broker since 2014. She is also a Designated Broker in Arizona, giving her extensive experience with real estate transactions across both states.
Throughout her career, Cass has worked in residential and commercial real estate, investment properties, business opportunities, property management, and commercial appraisal support. Today, her specialty is transaction management and contract-to-close coordination. She works behind the scenes to keep every detail organized, every deadline on track, and communication flowing between clients, brokers, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other professionals involved in the transaction.
As part of Jeremy Navarro Realty Group (JNRG), Cass helps ensure that once a property goes under contract, clients have an experienced professional helping guide the transaction all the way to closing. Her extensive contract knowledge, attention to detail, and decades of experience allow her to anticipate issues, stay ahead of important deadlines, and help make the buying and selling process as smooth as possible.
Cass is also passionate about giving back to the real estate industry. Since 2021, she has served on the New Mexico Association of REALTORS® Forms Committee, working alongside other real estate professionals to review and help develop the contracts and forms used by REALTORS® throughout New Mexico.
After more than three decades in real estate, Cass still loves what she does. For her, every transaction is more than paperwork and deadlines—it represents a home, an investment, a new beginning, or an important chapter in someone’s life. She takes pride in being the person clients and agents can count on to help get them successfully from contract to closing.
